Domestic Shipping:

Your package will be shipped out from our warehouse in California within 1 to 2 days from placing your order and DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AT THE USPS AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTRENDED to 2-3 DAYS.

We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays during warm weather.

Returns:

Returns and refunds are only applicable where goods have arrived damaged.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED PLEASE SEND A PHOTO TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW AND WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND.

Tracking number will always be issued to all orders. If your order is lost during delivery please contact your local USPS Store.
